nce upon
a time,
not
so long ago a
and
his dad were on their way to get a cup of
on
a cold winter's day
when
they saw a group of people standing in a field.
They
drove over to
what
was happening.
Low
and behold, it was an
on
a piece of land.
This
was not just any piece of land but the famous
Hollow
Campground.
Well,
Goose
Hollow had been closed for many years earlier,
when a big bad corporation
purchased
the land
intending
to build condominiums and a
course.
As
fate would have it,
the big bad corporation went bankrupt,
hence
the auction.
The
little boy's name was Jack and during the auction
he sat on his
dad's
shoulders happily eating a giant
that
his dad had brought back from a recent business trip.
The
bidding was fast and furious with various parcels
put
into the bidding at different times,
which
caused
all
sorts
of
confusion
for everybody but the little boy.
The
eer
was talking fast and furiously, people's

were
glazing over in confusion, and the little boy raised his
high
into the air.
The
eer looked
at Jack's dad who quietly nodded his head.
Going
once! Going twice,
.
With that the

eer
slammed the hammer down
and
Jack and his dad were the proud new owners of the farmhouse

Hollow Campground.
A
true story which has led to a fairy tale place,
but
the fairy tale now continues to live
through
different
since Jack and
his
dad have moved on.
His
tale lives on through the
of
two new children Brendan and Vanessa. We have come a long way
since that little boy raised his
high
in the air and so many things have been done.
We have
worked hard these past two years.
We
have learned how to run the store and
people
in.
We've
helped Dad plant
,
test the electrical system and mow lots and lots of grass!!
We
also help Mom with the activities and the
socials.
We
have learned that you need to work hard in order to keep
the campground looking nice.
Because
of what our Mom and Dad have taught us,
we
started our own little business
within
the campground delivering
and
wood
to the campers.
We
call our business
and
.
This has taught us teamwork and responsibility.
We
are proud of our business especially when we get compliments
from
the
campers on how hard we work and are doing a great job!!
We are
very excited on our newest
addition
to our family and her brothers and sisters. In July our
named "Doggie" had
a lot of
.
We
were happy to have nice campers adopt them.
We
were sad because we could not keep them all
but
we were happy to know that we would see them in the future.
We
kept the smallest of the litter and named her "Coo".
She
is a silly little
and always seems to get herself in
trouble.
The many
new friendships that we have made at
Hollow
will last in our hearts for a lifetime.
The
memories will remain etched
in our minds forever!! We have had fun!
We
are proud to call
Hollow
our home!!
